Sr. Manufacturing Planning Specialist needed: Scottsdale, AZ. 
 
We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Planning Specialist to work in Scottsdale, AZ.  This is a long-term contract position, and you must be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency, W2 hourly Contract Only, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C.  No exceptions (Sorry)
 
Pay: $35 to $38.43/hr. D.O.E. 
 
SR. MANUFACTURING PLANNING SPECIALIST
As a Senior Manufacturing Planning Specialist, you'll utilize your skills and talents to represent the production and material planning function on concurrent engineering teams. Essentially, you'll compile and monitor monthly production schedules, create complex material structures in the material planning tool and identify process flow improvements and implement. You'll also prepare labor and material forecasts as requested and interface periodically with supply chain or suppliers on delivery issues and problem resolution.

What you bring to the table
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree
  • An exceptional understanding of bill of material concepts and methodologies
  • Solid understanding of the proposal process for both material and labor estimating
  • Extremely proficient with material planning tools

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
