W2 Hourly Long-Term Contract to hire
$65.00 - $86.00 per hour with limited benefits

Seeking Advanced Systems Engineers to work as members of a cross-functional team responsible for defining, developing, and sustaining enhancements to a live communication system. We provide warfighters with a familiar cellular phone-like service, allowing forces on the ground to communicate directly with others at higher levels of quality and much greater capacity than available through the current system.
Requirements and Qualifications
- US Citizenship is Required
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5-8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3-6 years of job-related experience.
- Experience with 3G/5G communication systems, core networking and model based systems engineering (MBSE).
- Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
- Strong telephony background and experience
- Experience with ground communication systems
- Strong understanding of core networking
- Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
