

- US Citizen
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
- Experience with Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, Satellite Communications, Antenna Systems, Troubleshooting
- Support requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, detail trade studies, systems integration and test (verification), validation and interface definition studies of subsystem or system elements under supervision of the I&T Lead systems engineer
- Plans and executes project tasks for activities described by I&T Lead
- Assists in Developing test plans and test procedures to verify system and subsystem requirements
- Researches and analyzes data, such as vendor products, COTS components, GFE/CFE, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application
- Assists in witnessed test events and assists in developing test reports
- Systems Integration
- Coordinates with Systems Engineering leadership and I&T Lead to support test plans and procedure development.
- Contributes to the completion of major programs and projects
- Creative, innovative responsibilities requiring advanced decision-making skills
- Regular contact with I&T lead and internal work groups
- Works under limited direction
- Travel may be required during GEP site integration and test activities
- Supports the generation of technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle
- Assist in development approach to solutions
