

- US Citizenship and an Active DoD Secret Clearance
- BS in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 3 years
- Strong Systems Engineering background with integrated systems that include hardware (mechanical & electrical) and software/controls
- Software systems engineering experience necessary. Experience with complete HW/SW systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency and experience with DOORS and requirements management process and tools
- Experience developing software/hardware test plans/test cases/test procedures
- Strong proficiency and experience with Software Design and Testing
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), using MagicDraw or other similar tools, to develop Block Definition Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc.
- Conducting system testing and generating test reports
- CONOPS development or similar
- Demonstrated experience through the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management, system test, and system modeling tools
- Ability and commitment to quickly come up the learning curve - mastering program terminology, processes, methods, best practices etc. while also not being afraid to ask questions
- Strong team player mentality with the ability to work well in a collaborative multi-discipline team environment
- Excellent communications skills with experience interfacing within and across program sub-teams
