

- Collaborating with hardware, software, test, and installation team members on build schedule(s) then initiating the build and packaging process.
- Creating and evaluating system installation procedures for software and firmware releases.
- Working with technicians and SMEs to generate, review and execute associated build documentation for correctness to ensure product quality.
- Managing the configuration of software/firmware builds, ensuring the software/firmware components are properly controlled, tracked, and stored.
- Ensuring
- the software builds are repeatable with no errors on all versions of media and can be replicated at any stage of its development and/or or post-development.
- the software, test, and production environments match the final lab and shipboard installation builds.
- Coordinating shipments of media to customer locations.
- Coordinating with other programs/projects for software and firmware release posts and notifications.
- Tracking and managing the required licenses for servers and network switches including license counts and usages.
- Contributing to required contract deliverable documentation.
- Other related duties and tasks will vary based on individual skills, experience and capabilities
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years related experience
- Excellent knowledge of MIL-HDBK-61, DoD standards, and Configuration Management practices.
- Working knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) applications (Windchill).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to adhere to company Configuration/Data Management policies.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance
